From Grapes to Glass and Valentine's Day Wine Pairing

The characteristics that make wine so enjoyable are achieved through the expertise of grape growers and winemakers, whose decision-making in the vineyard and winery is rooted in age-old traditions and techniques as well as new cutting-edge science and technology. This fun class will give a broad overview of the principles and practices used to grow grapes and make wine, and their impact on wine appearance, aroma, flavor and taste. Throughout the class, we will be conducting a Valentine's Day-themed food and wine pairing with candy and cheeses paired with five of our delicious wines!
