The new third Granicus record was released in November 2016. It is available on CD Baby. A live lineup is now being put together also.

Nice writeup. Cosgrove thinks he's moving up, but he may have just boarded the Trumptanic

The band does not self-proclaim any such thing. Granicus has been called one of the top 70's hard rock bands by a number of classic rock writers and publications. The band certainly does not make that boast in it's press release to Scene.

The Pipers were not Cleveland's first pro basketball team.
The Cleveland Rosenblums dominated pro basketball in the late 1920's. The Cleveland Allman Transfers played in the National Basketball League in the 1940's. The Cleveland Rebels played in the Basketball Association of America in 1947. The BAA changed it's name to the NBA in 1949.
The Pipers were Cleveland's last pro basketball team to win a championship in 1962. The team included a number of notable 1960's pro and college players.
