What started out as a handsome gourmet market and wine shop is slowly spawning a third persona that of an energetic neighborhood restaurant with a small but enticing menu of homemade soups, fresh salads, pastas, cheese plates, and dishes like the succulent brined chicken. The growth is not without its challenges, but were betting that owners Chris and Robin Rose soon will shepherd this spot into the role of a local standout.
