Heights Chamber Orchestra Concert

Dean Buck, Guest Conductor Guiseppe Verdi’s La Forza del Destino Overture. Italian opera often translated as The Force of Destiny. Soprano Angela Mortellaro will be performing Mozart’s solo motet, Exsultate, Jubilate, K. 165. The Wagner Tuba is very seldom heard. Tren Cheshier will be performing Stephen Caudel’s Edel Rhapsody for Wagner tuba. Parade is a ballet with music by Erik Satie and the theme being a publicity parade which three groups of circus artists try to attract an audience to performance. Sets and costumes which were designed by Pablo Picasso.
