High-Rise, an adaptation of J.G. Ballard’s novel of the same name, stars Tom Hiddleston, Jeremy Irons, and Sienna Miller. Set in the 1970’s, the film centers on a massive apartment complex breaking out into violent class warfare. Completely isolated from the outside world, the building’s residents begin to form their own society which slowly descends into chaos. Screenings take place at 8:20 tonight and at 8:05 on Sunday night at the Cleveland Institute of Art Cinematheque. Tickets are $9, $7, for members. (Shively)
