Learn how to train your senses the Great Lakes way at Hop College: Sensory Training. Join Field Quality Analyst Mike Buckley as you learn what makes a great beer and what issues might arise when things don't go as planned. Students who enroll in Hop College: Style Analysis will head to the “classroom” where we will help you tap into a deeper understanding of craft beer with a guided tasting, a lesson on sensory analysis, how to build your taste and smell vocabulary, and more during this crash course on all things suds.
