I played at the Westlake store, when they first opened. It was the beginning of a wonderful friendship. Although, they had to stop entertaiment, we stayed friends and ate there on occasion. The store in Olmsted Falls was perfect. We ate there on special occasions. My wife and are vegetarian, Claudie would come up with a wonderful concoction every time we arrived. Never left hungry for sure. And they both educated me on sparkling wine. Addictive as it is. Sorry, to see them go, but understand. Oeuvre. Ciao’ Georges and Claudie and May you be healthy.
