San Antonio mayor Julián Castro, a man some think will become the first Hispanic President of the United States, will be on hand to deliver the keynote address today at Convención Hispana 2013, a conference that takes place in Cleveland every three years. The event features a job fair, health screenings and raffles. More than 2,500 guests are expected to attend. It starts at 8:30 a.m. and continues to 4:30 p.m. at St. Ignatius High School.
