Fear and anxiety are some of the biggest internal struggles faced by people in modern day society. How can we discover freedom from these troubling states of mind in a world that is chaotic and filled with uncertainty? Through exploring the underlying causes of fear we can come to learn new patterns of thinking that empower us to a reduction and an eventual end of these negative mental habits. During this workshop we will explore: • How to meditate and begin a meditation practice • How to find wisdom, compassion and peace in our life
