Sometimes life can become overwhelming with difficult and turbulent events. At such times, peace can feel far away. However, just as the center of a hurricane is perfectly still, through meditation we can learn to build a place of peace within. From this inner space, we can make good decisions that foster harmony and happiness for ourselves and others. This half-day workshop taught by Lindsay Ring, includes guided meditations, practical advice on how to begin, develop & maintain a meditation practice and time to discuss the ideas presented.
