An organization of women committed to "promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers," the Junior League of Cleveland reaches out to women of all races, religions, and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and a commitment to voluntarism. From 6 to 8 tonight at the Eton Collection in Woodmere, it hosts Manis, Martinis and Makeovers. The event will feature a raffle and beauty treatments. All proceeds go toward supporting the JLC’s scholarship fund. Tickets include three services and two drinks. VIP tickets include a swag bag, unlimited services, an extra hour and two drinks.
