At Boulevard Blue, choosing a cocktail isn't such a chore. "I hate those big martini lists," says Andy Himmel, owner of the Shaker Heights jazz club. "They take forever to read, and they're just the same ones you see everywhere else." Boulevard Blue's menu boasts a dozen fresh variations on the cosmopolitan favorite, including the fruity Holy Pomegranate (made with orange Absolut Mandarin, pomegranate Torani syrup, and white grape juice) and the Bourbon Bon Bon (a sweet concoction made from hazelnut Frangelica, dark Godiva liqueur, and a dash of cream).
