McLean's Money concerns a wealthy, ageing tycoon, Edward McLean, who has a serious health scare. It turns out to be a false alarm, but he becomes concerned that his three sons may be more focused on their potential inheritance, rather than his well-being. He decides to give them a test, by pretending that his diagnosis is one of terminal cancer, to see how they react. McLean's deception to his sons leads to unexpected and dangerous consequences.
