Would you be happier if those committing crimes, didn't get arrested or evicted for it? You have an issue with someone that has people Overdosing in their home being evicted? Apparently people were at the least Doing drugs in the home. Did you know, that a landlord can lose their property for that? If an area is basically crime free, then suddenly crimes start being committed, If it's suddenly unsafe to walk down the street even during the day, much less at night, There is a reason why. That reason needs to be addressed. And if those committing the crimes and causing the problems live in the neighborhood, then you see something wrong with removing them? What if they lived in your home? What if they lived in your apartment building? Would you want them to stay if they were black? But want them removed if they were white? Or would it matter what color their skin is? You remove trouble ASAP or it just gets worse.
There are already laws making it illegal for a child ro simulate a sex act. this guy probably got turned on and wants to prove he's not a closet homosexual, and a pedophile.
If you pass on listening to this band because of their ages, you're really losing out. Sara may be only 13, but with that voice and ability, she can give you a fantastic rock ballad, or a hard driving rocking tune that will put you on your feet, have you banging your head and flashing the Heavy Metal sign.

There is plenty of unused office space in the downtown area. A new building does not need to be built. If the old building is sold, then that money should go to hiring teachers and supplies for the students.
