More Food for Thought

There’s an art to cooking. That’s a concept that the Museum of Contemporary Art explores in Ferran Adria: Notes on Creativity, an exhibit dedicated to groundbreaking Spanish chef Ferran Adria. Tonight at 7, Douglas Katz, the guy behind Fire Food & Drink, the Katz Club and Provence at Cleveland Museum of Art, will present "Blanching: Adding Shock Value to Your Vegetables,” a lecture designed to connect to the exhibit. Tickets are $15, $10 for MOCA members. (Niesel)
