Murder Mystery

When: Mon., March 9, 6:45 p.m. 2015

A unique comedy and murder mystery, Li’l Quinquin was originally a four-part miniseries for French TV from French director and screenwriter Bruno Dumont. Like most of Dumont’s work, it shows the ugliness of violence and sexuality. The story centers on the odd and bumbling Commandant Van der Weyden (Bernard Pruvost) as he tries to solve a series of bizarre murders but has run-ins with young prankster Li’l Quinquin (Alane Delhaye). The miniseries plays in its entirety tonight at 6:45 at the Cleveland Institute of Art Cinematheque. (Harp)
