My Fair Lady

Adapted from George Bernard Shaw’s Play Pygmalion, the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical My Fair Lady centers on a linguistics professor and bachelor thinks he can turn "a lowly Cockney flower girl" into a lady of high society. The play features memorable tunes such as “I Could Have Danced All Night,” “Wouldn’t It Be Loverly,” “The Rain in Spain,” “On the Street Where You Live” and “Get Me to the Church on Time.” The Great Lakes Theatre production of it opens tonight at 7:30 at the Hanna Theatre. It runs through Oct. 29. Tickets start at $15. (Niesel)
