New World Order

The days of U.S. global economic domination are likely coming to an end. At least that's the theory expressed in When China Rules the World: The End of the Western World and the Birth of a New Global Order, the top-selling tome by British economist Martin Jacques. A columnist for The Guardian and The New Statesman, Jacques also edited the political publication Marxism Today for 14 years.
