The musical stylings of Hilary Hahn and Josh Ritter go together like celery and peanut butter. They make a bizarre combination, but they somehow blend beautifully together. Tonight in Oberlin, the Grammy-winning classical violinist and Idaho-born rocker flow through a program of Bach and Ysaye sonatas alternating with tracks from Ritter's latest CD, The Historical Conquests of Josh Ritter. Recorded in Maine early last year, Ritter sizes up the disc as "a dizzying affair" of keyboards, strings, and brass. The concert starts at 8 tonight at Oberlin College's Finney Chapel, 39 West College Street in Oberlin. Tickets are $7 to $15. Call 440-775-8269 or visit www.oberlin.edu.
