Join us in this special exhibition as we journey through time and across continents to learn, see and even taste how food cultivation and human culture have grown together. See how our relationships with food have changed throughout the ages. See ancient cooking and farming techniques, and stroll through an ancient marketplace. Experience the impact of food on global cultures. Learn how social justice and sustainability challenges the global food economy. Live cooking demonstrations are held at 1, 2 and 3 pm every Saturday. A new dish inspired by different cultures is featured each week. Donated by Whole Foods.
