In honor of Mardi Gras, House of Blues will serve up libations such as a New Orleans Hurricane, a Devil’s Cut Punch and a Pinnacle King Cake cocktail. Tonight’s special menu will feature fried oysters and spicy tartar sauce, shrimp and catfish etouffee and blackened catfish entrees. Up in the Foundation Room, you can order blackened scallops with maque choux and the smoked filet with crawfish sauce. The Zydeco Kings will perform on the Crossroads Stage and the Blues Chronicles will play in the Foundation Room. Both events start at 5 p.m. (Niesel)
