Question: What makes us think the Play Havoc (pictured) show will be one of the best hip-hop sets you'll see this year? Answer: Pulsing with new-school grit and old-school smarts, Havoc's All Things Due was one of the best hip-hop albums we heard last year. Addendum: Everybody else on the bill is worth your time, too.
