Sonic Temple

With Truage (Tool tribute). 9:30 p.m. Saturday, January 19, at the Jigsaw Saloon and Stage, 5324 State Rd., Parma, 216-351-3869.

This week's theme: Tribute bands performing criminally underrated classic rock and roll. For this show, Cleveland Cult tribute Sonic Temple will perform 1986's Electric in its entirety. That's the album with "Love Removal Machine" on it, which was produced by Rick Rubin, back when the Grammy-winning producer was best known for his work with the Beastie Boys and LL Cool J. Skip their interpretation of "Born to Be Wild," but come back for songs from the new Born Into This. Ask nicely, and they'll probably bust out "Fire Woman" too.
