Baseball’s legends and myths, its heroes and flops, its struggles and its moments of triumph tell our national story. Explore the central role our national pastime has played in the identity of Jews and other minority communities. Chasing Dreams: Baseball and Becoming American was created by the National Museum of American Jewish History in Philadelphia and made possible in part by a major grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities: Celebrating 50 Years of Excellence.
