The Farmers' Table is coming to northeast Ohio this year! Join the Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Association (OEFFA), organic farmers Jake and Dawn Trethewey of Maplestar Farm, and their long-time restaurant partners, The Driftwood Group. Guests will tour Maplestar's organic fields and sample carefully crafted hors d'oeuvres before sitting down to an exciting four course meal prepared by Erik Martinez, Executive Chef at Cibreo, featuring wine pairings. The menu will be rooted in organic vegetables from Maplestar Farm with tasteful snout-to-tail accents from a pastured hog provided by Tea Hills Farms. All proceeds support OEFFA. Save your seat!
