The Haunting of Molly Hartley

While the trailer for this movie makes it look something like The Exorcism of Emily Rose, it’s really just another half-baked horror film. The story revolves around 17-year-old Molly (Haley Bennett), a troubled teen who hopes to make a fresh start at a new school. But she suffers from delusions as she’s constantly haunted by strange noises, and has headaches and nosebleeds. Her father tries to get her to put it all behind her, but he can’t seem to help her and, when things get even more volatile as she approaches her 18th birthday, she begins to suspect her delusions have some basis in reality. The bad acting and silly storyline give this movie little merit. H
