However, beer can also be an amazing cooking ingredient, used in roasting, baking, broiling and other techniques. Join us at The Cleveland Museum of Natural History as we showcase the talents of Joe Slusarczxyk, executive sous chef, Sammy’s. He will present dishes incorporating beers from around the world as an ingredient, each paired with a complementary wine.
