The Star on My Heart: A Holocaust Survivor's Story

The Star on My Heart is an original play about Holocaust survivor Inge Auerbacher, written by Ohio writer and theater director Angela Miloro-Hansen. Of the 15,000 children that were imprisoned in the Terezin concentration camp, Inge is among the 1% who survived. This is a story of rare courage, determination and love. Inge, in spite of the hardships she endured, gives proof that the joy in life cannot be kept out of even the darkest places. The Star on My Heart is a collaborative independent project with Shore Cultural Centre in Euclid, OH and Geauga Lyric Theater Guild in Chardon.
