Theory of a Deadman/Adelitas Way/Charm City Devils

When: Mon., Oct. 29, 7:30 p.m. 2012

Don’t let the fact that they’re signed to Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger’s 604 Records turn you off. Theory of a Deadman do to the rock world what Andy Warhol did for art. Okay, maybe that’s a stretch, but when their radio single “Bad Girlfriend” off their third album Scars and Souvenirs brought the Canadian quartet onto the radio in 2008, you couldn’t get away from them. Their newest album, last year’s The Truth Is…, opens with “Lowlife,” a terrific anthem for the underdog. And don’t miss the title track, a dysfunctional breakup song that makes Taylor Swift’s relationships look healthy. (Nikki Hunt)

Price: $22-$32
