When: Fridays, 1-3 p.m. Continues through May 19 2018
Write stories prompted by objects from your recent or not-so-recent past. Objects might include a recipe, photograph, toy, or home movie. We'll discuss augmenting memories through online records, maps, newspapers, or other sources and we'll cover some basics of memoir writing in each session of this six-week class. Participants may turn one memoir piece into a short video with library equipment, including the new recording studio at Strongsville Branch, assisted by library staff. The library will host a reading and reception for participants and their guests where these videos will be shown on Sunday, May20 from 2:00-3:30 p.m.
