Three Acts, Two Dancers, One Radio Host

When: Sat., May 2, 7:30 p.m. 2015

A funny, lively “talky” evening of stories and dance that brought down the house at Carnegie hall… “3 Acts, 2 Dancers, 1 Radio Host” is the brainchild show of Public Radio’s This American Life host Ira Glass and Monica Bill Barnes & Company dance group. It combines two art forms that—as Glass puts it—“have no business being together…dance and radio!” One is all words and no visuals…the other all visuals and no words. What makes it a hit is the shared sensibility of the Glass signature wit and the dancers as relatable and funny storytellers without words.
