For more than 60 years, it's been one of the few universal truths: If you want to set the mood for a romantic night, put on some Frank Sinatra tunes, and knees will buckle. Dakota Horvath has been performing since he was five, and now he has one professional goal: to perform the songs of Ol' Blue Eyes, keeping them alive for our generation and beyond. Celebrate Valentine's Day a little early --- who wants to go out on a Tuesday? -- with Horvath and an all-Frankie set. Some enchanted evening . . .
