Wild Horses

When: Sat., May 9 2015

A romantic comedy, the Icelandic film Of Horses and Men interweaves six quirky vignettes of love, death and survival. A beautifully shot film, director Benedikt Erlingsson shows an unflinching portrait of humans and horses in a funny yet sometimes unflinching way. The views of the giant landscapes and the inside views of the micro cosmos of the village give this film an amazing and beautiful outlook. The six different vignettes are sure to keep your eyes glued to the screen. You can catch this film tonight at 7 at the Cleveland Institute of Art Cinematheque. It screens again at 8:40 tomorrow night. Tickets are $9. (Harp)
