Whether you call it one toke or two, both groups seem to be "over the line"!

I used to live in the east end of East Cleveland, on Nela Avenue, by Nela Park. I moved there in 1949; I was three and the ‘Beachland Building’ was being built. I moved to Youngstown, Ohio, in the early fall of 1960, when I was fourteen and after about seven years away for college and grad school, I have continued to live in the area.

I did not have any contact with the original building, while I lived there, but I did have significant knowledge/contact with the general Collinwood area; after all they were a big rival of Shaw High School. I have seen 9-10 fabulous Beachland shows in about half that number of years.

I do, however, take issue with one "fact" mentioned in this article. You say, "Euclid Beach Amusement Park, ... , closed in 1969." I know that this is not completely accurate, because I personally went back to the park, my old stomping grounds, and rode the rides, with my future wife in June of 1970, just before my scheduled being drafted into the Army.
