8/7: Bat Night at Lake View Cemetery

How goth can you get? As night falls over Lake View Cemetery (12316 Euclid Ave., 216.421.2665), you could be picking your way among the gravestones searching for bats at tonight’s Bat Night adventure. From 8-10 p.m., naturalist Tim Krynak will lead a group of hikers as he talks about the varieties of bats that live there and sets up nets so you can see some of them live. It’s $6; call for a reservation, because it’s apparently very popular and limited to 75 people. Then put on something black, crank up the Bauhaus and get yourself in the proper frame of mind. — Anastasia Pantsios
