10/15: CH-UH Library Book Sale

Imagine a sprawling library basement filled with books — 100,000 of them, including 40,000 adult graphic novels, all for sale for pocket change. For book lovers, that’s a dangerous proposal, but the Cleveland Heights/University Heights Library (2345 Lee Rd., 216.932.3600) is dangling that catnip in front of us. From 8 a.m.-9 p.m. today and tomorrow, and from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. on Saturday, you can visit this bibliophile nirvana and stock up on hardbacks (two for $1) and paperbacks (two for 50 cents). Admission is $10 per person, $25 per family. — Anastasia Pantsios
