Business leaders, commentators, and residents look for life in restoration projects in Tremont and University Heights, but the general outlook is bleak. Making matters worse, the hour-long film was shot in town over the past couple years by a video-production company from Boston (its previous opus, Phoenix: The Urban Desert
, revealed Arizona for a desolate wasteland).
If anyone can get to the bottom of our city's woes, it's a bunch of Ivy-league filmmakers who spent a couple of hours walking down Superior Avenue. -- Michael Gallucci
