XO Prime: Steakhouse to the Stars

Warehouse District restaurateur Zdenko Zovic has been keeping late hours. It seems his svelte, sexy salon, XO Prime Steaks, has become partycCentral for Cleveland's pro athletes. "We get the Browns players, the Cavs players, and all of their friends, whenever there's a home game," he says nonchalantly, as if he were discussing his granny's canasta club. And some of those behemoths eat and drink late into the night. But you won't hear Zovic complain. "If LeBron and his posse want to eat at 2 a.m., what am I going to do, throw them out?" he asks. We're guessing probably not. -- Elaine T. Cicora
