Dancevert's important contribution to art

Dancevert: Barenaked guys doing amazing things.
Ordinarily, we don't get too excited when a press release arrives in our inbox announcing "Plans for touring schedule 2007 taking shape." But when the sender of said e-mail is Cleveland's very own Dancevert, we take notice. Because usually the releases are mere excuses for Dancevert's Susana Weingarten and Tom Evert to take off their clothes, twist themselves into shapes we haven't been able to master since we were 12, and send us pictures of their naked, writhing bodies. The latest release has something to do with Tom's illness, some conference in Ecuador, and their new theater. We're kinda foggy on details, since we couldn't take our eyes off the pic you see accompanying this post. This is local art we have no problem supporting. --Michael Gallucci, House Pervert
