The Stench of Valley View

My husband just reminded me that there was filthy brown water in the ditch in front and back of our home on Fosdick Road from 1969 to 1973. He said he remembers The Plain Dealer carrier refusing to deliver to our home at that time because his car smelled so bad it smelled when he got home even. We have also had health issues which may or may not be attributed to this situation ["Tomb With a View," January 10]. Jeannette Chipka Wooster
