Dick Feagler, one of the Plain Dealer's best-known columnists, graced the so-called Sunday Forum section with a story about Clappers and Chia Pets. Regina Brett, another of the paper's stars, littered her usual B-1 real estate with the story of how she lost her cell phone. It was her second cell-phone column this month. On a Sunday?
