The Karma Kleanse costs $325. (Hot yoga partner not included.)
So, you ate too much, drank too much, and the only exercise you got was stumbling home from the bar on New Year's Eve. Now comes that next great American tradition: inexhaustible guilt. For those who believe in extremes, Karma Yoga
, the large, downtown Cleveland yoga studio, is offering a mind/body/soul detox program to help exorcise the demons of '07.
Not for the weak, the plan requires parties to refrain from all meat, dairy, alcohol, and tobacco, practice yoga four times a week, and to consume daily clay, vitamin drinks that look like they were dug up from the Louisiana swamps (but are said to be quite healthy). Former participants of the 30-day program claim that afterwards they felt lighter, healthier, and more clear-headed than ever before. We think that might just be the result of delirium from lack of meat. To judge for yourself, check out the Karma Kleanse here.
