Starting at 8 p.m., tat specialists from nearby Addicted Body Art will give their irons a workout for barflies who’d like to add a little color to their skin. If a little pain freaks you out, the club stocks more than 120 brands of brew to numb the senses.
You can’t go wrong on a Saturday night with a BYOB night at Akron’s Earthworm
(16 S. Highland Avenue), with its eclectic lineup of indie-rock bands that turn up for a pay-if-you-can concert. Tonight’s bill includes Pennsylvania’s Geronimo and Where Nowhere Begins as well as Cleveland’s the Announced, and Akron’s Karate Bullfighter. The show starts at 8 p.m.
