Among recent meatless offerings, consider dishes like fried goat-cheese panzanella; vegetable pizza with caramelized onion, artichokes, Castelvetrano olives, tomato, and goat cheese; ricotta ravioli; arugula salad topped with grilled polenta and Gorgonzola; and vegan risotto served with grilled veggies.
No sweat for carnivores, either: Hartranft’s regular menu is also available, starring the usual line-up of veal, lamb, chicken, and seafood.
