Blame Terence and Philip for the earthquake today
  • Blame Terence and Philip for the earthquake today

Our chairs were shaking, the building felt like it was swaying and all of us here at Scene expected the worst: Godzilla. Thankfully, it was just an earthquake. The Globe and Mail, a Canadian newspaper, is reporting that a 5.5 magnitude earthquake hit Central Canada at 1:41 EDT this afternoon and moved on to several U.S. states.

Locally, Ohio.com reported the quake was felt in Summit County, while Cleveland.com is saying that people from New York and Michigan have also been reporting they felt the rumbling. The article also says that it has not yet been confirmed that what hit the United States was an earthquake. We here at Scene are pretty sure it was!

What an eventful day. Damn Canucks!
