Helga Taylor and Michale Taylor are married but separated.

The husband and wife are obviously dealing with some issues that caused a rift in the marriage.

Whatever those issues that kept them on separate pages were, two separate but similar incidents a couple of weeks ago involving the pair should give them some common ground.

On that day each of our troubled lovebirds sought comfort in the bottle to get through the hard times.

Helga made the choice to get behind the wheel and was soon nabbed at a DUI checkpoint by cops with a blood alcohol level of 0.21%. Her explanation for the poor decision? She was out looking for her husband.

Cops helped her out with that request later when they stopped Michale Taylor and nailed him for driving under the influence as well. Michale's blood alcohol level was 0.18%

19 Action News reports that the husband and wife each spent the night in Berea jail, though each was unaware that their spouse was just a couple of cells away.
