Pair in Custody Over Flats Stabbing Death

Things got ugly outside Earth Nightclub in the Flats early Sunday morning around 4 a.m.

Police say 25-year-old Kevin Ghee was stabbed to death after arguing with a couple inside the bar.

33-year-old Clifton Robinson and 31-year-old Lydia Nord were arrested in Oberlin after police found their Chevy Tahoe, which witnesses saw at the scene of the crime.

According to the Chronicle-Telegram:

The investigation is continuing, the Cleveland Police Department reported on Sunday, and no charges have been announced.

Police said Robinson and Nord had gotten into an altercation with Ghee inside Earth Nightclub. After bouncers broke things up, they told Robinson and Nord to leave. Police believe that the two waited in the parking lot and stabbed Ghee when he left the club.
