The Plain Dealer, through a public records request, obtained a video showing early designs for Cleveland's casino. Rock Ventures showed the video to the Ohio EPA and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in a meeting on October 21 because Dan Gilbert wants to narrow the Cuyahoga River 29 feet in order to give the casino more space.

Two things to note about the video: 1) It still shows the LeBron billboard in downtown Cleveland, which has to sting for Dan Gilbert every time he watches it, and 2) The PD says Matt Cullen, an owner in Gilbert's casino company, claims "the video shows the spirit of the project, if not the exact configuration of the complex." So there you go, Cleveland. See for yourself where you'll be losing all your money.
