Dozens of kids across the region are now doing what many of us will never get to do: live out our rock & roll fantasies by playing music on a real stage.

The 15th Annual Tri-C High School Rock Off is now underway. The first two rounds took place over the weekend at House of Blues.

Finalists from the first round include:
—Aliens (Bay High School)
—Deo Vindice (Austintown Fitch and Boardman)
—O.N.E. (North Canton Hoover, Mogadore's Field, and Kent's Roosevelt)

Round two finalists are:
—Burkley (Cortland's Lakeview High)
—The Crazed (Aurora)
—The Jo Bee Gena Band (Streestboro, Cloverleaf, and North Royalton high schools)

Rounds three and four take place this Friday and Saturday. The fifth and sixth rounds happen on January 28 and January 29. It all comes to down an ass-shredding Final Exam on February 12. —Michael Gallucci
