The land of reasonably priced housing and bargain gourmet dining options just keeps getting better. No wonder people can afford to drive Batmobiles around here.
Sperling's Best Places, which is like the Zagat of internet ratings, factored insurance costs, congestion, gas prices, and more into their highly scientific rankings. The numbers spat out on the other end show Cleveland was the best, followed by Milwaukee, Cincinnati, Columbus, and Salt Lake City.
